Another Dominion Expansion--And Suburbia Goes 5 Star
Remember when Dominion: Guilds was the "last planned expansion" for Dominion? Bwaaa-haaaa-haaa! Well get ready for another in the blockbuster series: Dominion: Adventures.
There's very little information about the game, other than a vague story on the Rio Grande Games site. According to info on the Geek, the game "contains 400 cards, 60 tokens and six mats. This expansion has 30 new Kingdom cards, including the return of Duration cards that do things on future turns, plus Reserve cards that can be saved for the right moment. There are also 20 Event cards that give you something to buy besides cards, including tokens that modify cards."
Rio Grande Games isn't good about hitting release dates--unless it a Dominion release date, so don't be surprised to see this come out in 2015.
In other news, Bezier Games announced another expansion for Suburbia, one of our favorite games from 2013. Suburbia 5 Star lets you "build landmarks, monuments, and tourist traps to increase your reputation and income while determining the player order each turn. In addition, the metropolitan area has expanded, allowing up to five players to build the city of their holiday dreams simultaneously."
The expansion will come with pieces for a 5th player and 50 unique building tiles, and will retail for $29.95. Look for Suburbia 5 Star to be out for Gen Con 2015.
